Primos Grecos LLC ("Primos Grecos," "we," "us," or "our") operates the online store at www.primosgrecos.com (the "Store"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit or purchase from our Store.

We are a California-based business. This policy is written to comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), Business and Professions Code §§ 22575–22579, which applies to any commercial website that collects personally identifiable information from California residents. By using our Store, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Information We Collect

When you visit our Store or place an order, we collect the following categories of personally identifiable information ("PII"):

• Contact information: name, email address, and phone number
• Shipping information: mailing/delivery address
• Payment information: billing address (your payment card details are processed directly by our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number)
• Order information: items purchased, order number, and order history
• Communications: messages you send us by email or any other direct channel

 We collect this information directly from you when you browse, place an order, or contact us. We do not purchase or obtain personal data from third-party data brokers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Process, fulfill, and ship your orders
• Communicate with you about your order status, shipping updates, or customer service matters
• Maintain records required for tax, accounting, and legal compliance
• Protect against fraud and unauthorized transactions

 We do not use your information for targeted advertising, behavioral profiling, or any purpose beyond those listed above.

4. Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. We never receive, see, or store your full credit or debit card number. These processors maintain their own industry-standard security practices (PCI-DSS compliance).

When entering payment information, verify that your browser displays "https://" in the address bar and a closed-lock icon. This confirms the connection is secure.

3. Third Parties We Share Your Information With

We share the minimum necessary information with the following service providers in order to operate our Store and fulfill orders. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with anyone for marketing purposes.

We share no information with any other third parties except when required by law (e.g., in response to a valid court order or legal process).

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Store is hosted on Big Cartel, which may use cookies and similar technologies to support core store functionality (e.g., maintaining your session, preventing fraud). We do not use cookies for marketing or behavioral advertising.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party advertising tracking technology on our Store.

6. Do Not Track Disclosures

California law (Business and Professions Code § 22575(b)(5)) requires us to disclose our response to browser "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals.

Our Store is hosted on Big Cartel. We do not ourselves engage in tracking individual consumers' online activities across third-party websites over time. Big Cartel may have its own response to DNT signals, described in their Privacy Policy (linked in Section 3).

We also disclose that, to our knowledge, no third parties collect personally identifiable information about individual consumers across different websites through our Store, beyond the service providers identified in Section 3 above.

7. Data Retention

We retain your order information for as long as necessary to fulfill our legal, tax, and accounting obligations — typically up to seven (7) years. Information held within Big Cartel's platform may also be subject to Big Cartel's own retention policies.

8. Your Rights — Accessing, Correcting, or Deleting Your Information

You may contact us at any time to review, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. We will respond to all requests within 30 days. To delete your information from Big Cartel's order records, we can process that request on your behalf directly through our account.

9. Note Regarding the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

As of 2026, the CCPA (Civil Code § 1798.100 et seq., as amended by the CPRA) applies only to for-profit businesses that meet at least one of the following thresholds:

• Annual gross revenue of $26,625,000 or more; or
• Buy, sell, receive, or share the personal information of 100,000 or more consumers or households per year; or
• Derive 50% or more of annual revenue from selling or sharing consumers' personal information

Primos Grecos LLC does not currently meet any of these thresholds and is therefore not subject to the CCPA's full compliance obligations. We nonetheless respect the spirit of this law and will honor reasonable data access and deletion requests from all customers, including California residents, as described in Section 8 above.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Store is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us immediately at primosgrecos@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and posting a notice on our Store for 30 days following any material changes. Continued use of our Store after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
